Exercise physiology is for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Pathology domains covered by the services of AEPs include:
- Kidney
- Cancers
- Metabolic
- Neurological
- Cardiovascular
- Musculoskeletal
- Respiratory/pulmonary and mental health
- Any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve the client’s clinical status.
If you have Private Health insurance or you are currently under WorkCover, TAC, DVA funding streams you may qualify for rebates under these compensable schemes.
Partners in Health
Our Partners in Health program provides disadvantaged members with access to health care benefits as well as the support of our health care professionals.
We offer additional services to those who require health care and support. Whilst also providing access to educational and state funded programs to help support members with injuries and/or medical conditions.
Assisting members with disabilities, injuries and chronic and or medical conditions. Those who need medical attention but may not necessarily be able to afford treatment.
The Partners in Health program is also offered to members who are looking for rehab or recovery professional assistance.
Those individuals experiencing disabilities or chronic conditions that have previously been unsupported will now have the ability to receive funding through compensable schemes with Partners in Health.

MEET SAMMIE
Sammie has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2011, after finishing a Masters in Exercise Physiology. She started her AEP journey in Brisbane and has worked with patients of all ages; aspiring to a variety of health goals including better athletic performance, women's health, pre-and post operative rehabilitation and falls prevention.
Sammie also enjoys swimming, running around with her kids, walking her dog and strength training and looks forward to helping others achieve sustainable health goals.
